Whoosh! ...another month flies by. I have been so bored with my own thoughts and the goings on of my life that I have not been able to bear blogging about it. It's not been bad, really - at all. Just, mundane. Nothing much has changed.

I am still South Beach-ing it, with a free day here and there - and I have maintained my original weightloss of five pounds. For the most part, I really like the eating plan. I will probably make a real push again in the few weeks after Thanksgiving and before Christmas, to lose a few pounds, so that I can gain them right back over Christmas break! Until then, maintenance!

Aj and I are headed to NY for ten days over Christmas break. We have a nice little condo reserved and a few days of skiing planned with Mom and Bro. Other plans include eating all of our favorite regional foods, and....that's pretty much it. Paradise.

Running has been great, though sporadic. School is hectic. Work is boring me to death again. I am reading this every spare chance I get, love, love, love it.
